The Bible And You (2)

God’s written Word - the Bible - has been given through the Holy Spirit, as "light" to all mankind. It is the living Word of Jesus, who IS the light of all the world, as we saw in part one last week. It is THE "lighthouse" for the stormy and frightening sea of this world - the only way to the shore for safety.. It is the compass, the point of reference for all humanity. Some thoughts on Romans and our delivery

Went to a bible study recently before going to work. Oh my that was painful.

Here is the jest of it. Studying (a very loose concept) the book of Romans; a book that I have come to love. It is expansive, filled with freedom, and constantly revealing things to me that I have never seen before. (At least not paid attention.)

Are you listening for the Voice of God?

With all that is happening in our world today, it is imperative that we strive to get more people reading, studying, and listening

for the voice of God.  His voice can be heard in the pages of the Holy Bible.   If you are not reading, you are not listening.
