The First Head of Leviathan is Ancient Babylon

Why is Egypt or Assyria not one of the heads of Leviathan? Egypt invited the Hebrews into their country, and as it turned out, they heavily yoked them into bondage. They taught them evil paths that many of their wise men, sages, accepted and eventually lost their true path; the price they paid for this was dreadful.

Rome - Not the Harlot of Revelation - Three Angels Proclaim

Through scripture I will explain why the harlot, the great city, Mystery Babylon of Revelation cannot represent ancient or modern Rome.

Three angels proclaim in chronological order, Rev. 14:6-13.

A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven

Revelation 12:1-2 (NIV)

A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth.

I just ended chapter eleven of Revelation with my last post, and to be honest I did not feel like I did a very good job of it. For example: If someone asks you a question, stick with the most direct answer. There in my problem lies.

Lightening, voices, and thunder.

Revelation 11:19 ESV Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.

The seventh angel sounded.

Revelation 11:16,17

My previous post has seen the two-witnesses removed from the earth, brought on a great earthquake, and left everyone watching in fear.

Revelation 11:16 ESV And the twenty-four elders who sit on their thrones before God fell on their faces and worshiped God,

The next sound John hears is...

 The seventh angel.

Recap: The two witnesses: After 42 months of demonstrating the power of a mighty God, the false prophet has managed to kill them, even though no one else could.

The Ten Horns of Leviathan Join Once Again To The Beast That Was.

In a previous study scripture has shown that Nebuchadnezzar’s dream of Daniel, chapter 2 and Daniel’s vision, chapter 7, are not representing the same kingdoms. Another important point is the last kingdom in chapter 2 represents Rome supported by toes and feet, partly of iron and clay and joined to its kingdom. Daniel’s vision, chapter 7, gives us of an interpretation of a different kingdom; a kingdom of ten horns, (ten kings) that will take over the entire world and are not join to a beast until Rev. 17:12.
