I learned a lot about praying amiss,and I pray that God will continue to use you.Now I know I should examine my prayers and stop praying for things that God is not going to do.I am so blessed.May the good Lord continue to bless you.

Which is more painful: the body broken or the spirit broken?

Context:

* His brothers did not believe him and had forsaken him - but His Father was still there.

* Nation had forsaken him and turned him over to the Gentiles - but His Father was still there.

* Judas Betrayed - but His Father was still there.

* Peter Denied - but His Father was still there.

* All had forsaken Him - but His Father was still there.

Proverbs 8:30-31 I was the architect at his side. I was his constant delight, rejoicing always in his presence.  And how happy I was with the world he created; how I rejoiced with the human family!

 

This is one of the saddest realities of the world’s wrong view of God. The god’s that struck out against man...

A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth.

I just ended chapter eleven of Revelation with my last post, and to be honest I did not feel like I did a very good job of it. For example: If someone asks you a question, stick with the most direct answer. There in my problem lies.

Christmas...Is seeing “believing?” Maybe for the eyes, but not the heart!

We have considered the unwilling heart and the seeking heart. Let’s look at the believing heart.

A huge crowd was watching the famous tightrope walker, Blondin, cross Niagara Falls one day in 1860. He crossed it numerous times—a 1,000 foot trip, 160 feet above the raging waters. He asked the crowd if they believed he could take one person across. All said yes. Then he approached one man and asked him to get on his back and go with him. The man refused! Mental or even verbal agreement is not real "belief". [1]
