Tech (not assigned) investigate google translator
it has been suggested that offer google translate on our articles pages so people can read it in other languages
some others say we should use it in some automated way and make the site navigation translated into all the google supported languages
task someone to review and and recommend if this would be a good thing to do as a beta effort
