When people move they are looking for a  good churches to attend 

We need a map of where our members attand church and we need to put together a program that we can identify a person to meet a new person that comes via way of our site to the church.

Status week of 10/23

Currently have a inline prototype to cycle church addresses to geocode.

Prototype running in my local sandbox environment of:

Created a sandbox developer's key to use the Google API (not sure if Bible.org already has an existing API key -- can discuss later).

Based on instructions from Google @
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/faq.html#geocoder_limit

Prototype the LAT/LONG coord lookup functionality using Google's HTTP Geocoding Service vs.  class in the API.

 Based on documentation/FAQ seems like the former is what we should use based on our need.

Requested a API key for my domain.
 

Next step is to change response to KML (xml), parse and work on the first run at the Church data model.

Going slower than I expected as I overestimated how much time per week I have available. At moment only 4-6hr per week.(Actually 2-4hrs per week!).
