Assigned task-ranking users

 It is our wish that this site be family and kid safe and that the users of this site will take responsibility for manageing the site and weeding out perverts and bad actors who willfully disregard the culture of this Christian community as well as the rules of engagement for posting 

our initial idea on this subject is to have created a user rank of "trusted User" and allow that person to review reports from our users who report inappropiate posts and allow that person to take them down and move them into a "moderator review area" 

wanted some techs who can put together a way  monitor and implement this concept of operations
