Tech (not assigned) put NETBible and Childrens material on one laptop per child (OLPC)

 OLPC imageTheir are millions of laptops and netbook and notebook computers going into the 3rd world under the program OLPC .

  • this is an oportunity to get the NETBible and Childrens material into the hands of children around the world.
  • This task is to begin a stragety on how best interact with the  one laptop per child OLPC program and the software that runs on it, netbooks etc.  
  • We need both techies and people with a passion to reach the children of the world. Is this you?

  • one sofftware that looks interesting to me is Sugar on a Stick This allows one to run it on any computer..They do not need a OLPC.

Thank God for OLPC Program. Pakistani children really need this and I am confident that this would be great opportunity for them to learn the Bible and about Jesus through this modern technique. I really want to be the part of this ministry.

Pakistani Christian children

Dear brother Austin,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I want to be part of OLPC because I have passion to do something for Christian children in Pakistan where in schools they get more muslim education than their own christian teachings. Children are our future and I want to introduce you and your ministry to them.

I did Master in Computer science, Master in English Literature, B.Sc in Double Math and Statistics, Diploma in Biblical Education. I dont know what technical skills you require but I simply say that I can work with computers, trouble shooting, networks, Office applications, internet, installations and graphic application like corel etc as well.

Please tell me if I can be part of this ministry?
