Its just not about the lbs coming off, it about creating balance for a healthy lifesylye one God intended. You need to learn how to relax and enjoy the wonders of the world that God has created. To start just increase your physical activity more each week. I started off slow and in 9 Mths I'm down 120 lbs.

It's a new year and the phrase that I seem to hear/see most often is "New Year - New You" I must admit there was a time when I would have jumped on the bandwagon without a second thought but recently I've come to the conclusion that there is nothing WRONG with the "old me". Therefor I'm adopting a new phrase that I'm passing on:

I would like to take a minute to let everyone know a little about my background and why I feel that working towards living a healthy lifestyle in everything we do is such an important aspect of our lives, including our Spiritual Life.
Since the birth of my first child I have struggled to maintin a healthy weight, more importantly I have struggled with staying fit. Now that I have three boys ranging from 15 years old to 8 this is even more important.
