This site is sponsored by Bible.org with the intent that the Christian community can come together in a community and demonstrate their love for one another in such a way that the non-Christian world will say, "They have something that I want" and we will be able to introduce them to Christ who loves them and died for their sins. Our prayer is that together we can help each other take their "Next Step of Faith' and we can make available the NETBible and all the material on Bible.org to enhance your ministry and if you don't have a ministry yet we invite you to join our Bible.org family and help us distribute trustworthy Bible study material across the Billions of people with Internet access. Join us in our goal to distribute the NETBible in paper or downloads to everyone who needs a quality modern translation. The NETBible has over 6,000+ footnotes to help people understand God's message for us today. 

We are setting up this site as a user controlled site (no "mother may I"?) with the hope and prayer that people will use it to upload their content and share their lessons, notes with others so that together we can encourage each other and help each other grow spiritually, in obedience to Christ's commands to teach them to obey everything He has commanded us. Matt 28:20. There is risk in this approach in that cults may attempt to hijack the site but we strongly believe that orthodox Christians will appreciate the heart of bible.org and take ownership of the site and act in harmony to share content, encourage one another and enforce the standards set forth in the "rules of engagement". We believe the Internet is ready for a set of Christians who come together around the world to act unselfishly with a ministry first heart to grow God's kingdom  and make this the best site on the web for sharing quality material. Here, you create the content, you rate it, and you get to be heard!

Our hearts goal is to provide a platform where a diverse and healthy Christian ecosystem can grow and benefit the Church and God's kingdom.
